BCS The Chartered Institute for IT initiates seminar series on career advancement with Cutting Edge Technologies
BCS The Chartered Institute of IT Sri Lanka Section in association with the BCS Regional Office have initiated a project in order to create an awareness among the BCS members about cutting edge technologies and help them to climb higher in their careers. As the initial step, a seminar on “Latest technologies that can help you climb higher in your career” is organized at the British Council Auditorium on 12th of February from 2.30P.M to 3.30P.M. This is open to BCS members free of charge. The first of the seminar series will be addressed by Mr. Wellington Perera, Director DPE of Microsoft Sri Lanka. The section plans to organize a series of seminars about latest technologies in the industry in different fields and how members can be equipped with knowledge to climb higher in their careers.
BCS The Chartered Institute for IT produces around 150 graduates every year. None withstanding this, the Sri Lanka Section has also taken an initiative to help their continuous professional development by starting this seminar series. Industry leaders from different tracks in IT are expected to address the members.
